Message from the Photographer:

My interest in photography started many years before I understood how to use a camera and the basics of photography. I was always intrigued by the beauty that can be captured through a small mechanical device, and the level of detail and emotion behind the images of people and their everyday surroundings. As I embarked to understand the principles of this art, I slowly began to venture out and explore the world through my lens.

Experimenting with many different types of photography, I found myself drawn to the niche I portray on this site. The images aim to give you, the viewer, a sense of place – a spirit of having experienced the setting in question through my photographs. This selection does not depict a series of events or cultures, a certain land or theme, rather the range and beauty I have encountered along my travels and assignments.

Overall, my passion for this art is shaped by the compelling need to wander, learn and observe. I like to think of my companion, the camera, as an extension of my eye, and the need to capture the moment is fuelled by my impulse to share the experience. I invite you to embark on my photographic journey.
